shake it shake it girl, just dont' break it girl

I had a melt down today.
Rode my bike to work, was trying to get my U Loc on the bike with a cable going through my two tires, it just barely stretched to cover the distance between the two tires. I attempted to do it with patience and caution, so as to avoid getting grease on my jacket. After several minutes of pulling one end of the cable and having the other end fall out of the tires and getting grease all over the place, I screamed "GIVE ME A F*&KING BREAK !!!! " It eventually worked.
I went into the gym to wash up, went to get coffee and then to work.
About 5 minutes ago I spilled coffee on my shirt. Right down the front.

Happy Monday Pumpkin Face.
Pic is from Bowling on Friday night. Good times good times.

Anyway - going into my 6th week of no booze or anything in my system I am feeling really focused and happy. It's not sobriety, because that means that it would be a long term goal in some way. And that is not what is going on. Call it Harm Reduction or just a "break". About 5 weeks ago, we blew it up and I am happy to report that the consequence to my actions have been motivational.
Spring cleaning and all that comes with it is under way full tilt. I find that things are lining up pretty nicely, if not a little more early in the mornings. Weekends find me up at 8 am at the latest, which allows me to have about two hours of VH1 and coffee every Saturday. Which will soon be replaced with longer jogs and more outside things, who knows.
Anyway - lame post, i know...stop complaining. And have a nice day - Natalie.
