It really is what it looks like. This summer we got up pretty early one morning on Fire Island - after a day of rain, the sun was up and woke us up...... we went down to the beach with Noah ---- such a good feeling. Can't beat it really. The cold, endless water waking you up. Today is like that feeling a little bit, to go for a run and feel normal in some way. Not that normal isnt' relative.
